as a woman who has lost her hair during medical treatment, I have found it difficult to find caps for summertime which fit nicely, cover my head fully, and breathe. I love this grey hat - it goes well with most of my wardrobe. It fits right on my head - not too tight, not hanging over the edges of the cap like a beret or shower cap like most beanies do. The crochet is loose enough to let the air through in hot weather and tight enough not to show my scalp. The price is good and I bought the one in brown, white and a similar one in navy. My teenage daughters borrow it, and it a great accessory with their long full hair.
